And The hotel concept is designed by Ian Schrager, Gabellini & Sheppard and developed by Tümay. It has a total construction area of 20.000 sqm and consists of 8 basement and 14 Floors. This site is located on the Büyükdere avenue as 71 room key.On the basement floors , ESPA,Billionaire Club are located . On the ground floor Cipriani restaurant and Gold Bar are located.On the mezanine floor Drawing Room , Screening Room and meeting rooms are located.1-12 floors guest rooms and a Penthouse are located , Ballroom is located on the top floor and top of the building there is Crown Suite.

Cipriani and Billionaire

All the management of the opening of Cipriani and Billionaire club Istanbul and Bodrum is done by Kerem Tumay, was the Palmali group of companies Vice Presidant for Tourism.

Palmalife Hotel

Project development and management is done by Kerem Tumay, was the Palmali group of companies Vice Presidant for Tourism. Hotel has 40 rooms and 15 Villas and In the Hotel building there is a Restaurant&Bar and on the basement floor there is SPA.

Palmarina

Kerem Tumay worked for 1st part of the development and brand management of the property as Vice Presidant of Palmali group of companies for Tourism. The complex has a shopping area, food court and entertainmant part which has Cipriani, Billionaire It has 750 yacht capacity.

10 Karaköy A Morgans Original

It is a 140 years old historical buiding converted to the hotel and the hotel consultancy is done by Tumay. It is total area of 6.000sqm. It consist of 1 basement and 5 floors. On the basement there is meeting room, on the ground floor there is a fine dining restaurant which is Rudolf. Between 1-5 floors there are 71 rooms which is included 3 terrace rooms and a Sky terrace bar.

Bvlgari Moscow

’For the hotel project planned in Red Square in Moscow, hotel brand consultancy has been done and the Bvlgari added to hotel.
